Product Change.
Changes can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
The completion of your change takes place within 14 working days (Monday-Friday) from the moment you informed us of the desire for change.
Any product change is accepted if the following conditions apply:
- The product is in its original condition.
- The product is not soiled, washed or damaged.
- The product is accompanied by the necessary documents proving the transaction (purchase receipt or invoice).
You MUST contact our online store at 271 0241417 or 697 495 6574, provided that the above conditions are met.
The cost of the changes is € 4.
ACCESSORIES products are NOT returned.
Return of defective product.
In case the product delivered to you is defective or different from the product of your order, you can contact our online store within three (3) days from the date of receipt, at 697 495 6574, to schedule the receipt of the new product with costs that will be borne by our company.
