FREE shipping costs for orders over 49 €, for orders worth 49 € or less, the shipping charge is 3 € for all of Greece!
Charges may be modified during promotions or other promotions.
By choosing Cash on Delivery as a method of payment, you pay for your order upon receipt by the shipping partner with an additional charge of € 2.
Orders are shipped within 5 working days.
ATTENTION: In order for your order to be shipped, the phone number you stated must be valid so that in case we need to contact you for the delivery of your order.
RETURNS – CHANGES
Product Change.
Changes can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
The completion of your change takes place within 14 working days (Monday-Friday) from the moment you informed us of the desire for change.
Any product change is accepted if the following conditions apply:
- The product is in its original condition.
- The product is not soiled, washed or damaged.
- The product is accompanied by the necessary documents proving the transaction (purchase receipt or invoice).
You MUST contact our online store at 271 0241417 or 697 495 6574, provided that the above conditions are met.
The cost of the changes is € 4.
ACCESSORIES products are NOT returned.
Return of defective product.
In case the product delivered to you is defective or different from the product of your order, you can contact our online store within three (3) days from the date of receipt, at 697 495 6574, to schedule the receipt of the new product with costs that will be borne by our company.
Any refund of products for refund is accepted if the following conditions apply:
- The product is in its original condition.
- The product is not soiled, washed or damaged.
- The product is accompanied by the necessary documents proving the transaction (purchase receipt or invoice).

Money return.
Refunds with the following conditions and charges are made ONLY with ELTA COURIER (Door-Door) and ACS Courrier.
The cost of returning the products is borne by the customer (4 € will be deducted in total from the value of the products you return). Upon receipt of the parcel, we check if the product is in its original condition and within 14 working days (Monday-Friday) your money is returned to your bank account.
In case you wish to use ANOTHER POST OFFICE, you will be charged with the corresponding charges that each other courier has. The parcel or the product until it reaches us is at your own risk for any loss or damage.
